I am a Glasgow-based communications professional and freelance journalist dedicated to uncovering the human side of every story.

Whether reporting on the intersection of sport and accessibility or highlighting underrepresented voices in our communities, I focus on the narratives that often go untold.

With a background that includes supporting media relations for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, working within various Marketing and Communications teams, and competing internationally as a Para athlete, I bring a unique perspective and a relentless drive to my work across sport, business, and lifestyle.

I am currently available for freelance commissions, copywriting, and strategic communications projects.
